Workshop Banquet

The scientific program of the Workshop includes invited lectures by exceptionally well-qualified speakers to provide a through inside-view in the key fields of the amorphous and nanocrystalline magnetic materials. There will be no parallel sessions. In conjunction a meeting organized by the IEEE Magnetics Society Chapter of the Romania- Section will take place.

The language of the Workshop will be English.

Invited and oral presentations will be assisted by an overhead projector for transparencies and PC-projector.

Invited talks will be in the format of a 25 minutes talk and will be followed by 5 minutes discussion.

Oral presentations will be in the format of a 12 minutes talk followed by 3 minutes discussion. 

Poster presentations will consist of visual materials about the work included within the accepted paper. The poster board will have the following available dimensions: width = 1.10 m, height = 0.90 m. The posters will be displayed over the entire day of 17th Sept. and one of the authors is requested to be present during the poster session and answer the questions of the fellow participants.

The Program Committee will make the final decision on the assignment of papers to sessions and the presentation format. The decision will be received by participants via email and posted on the current page in the workshop program.  

At the workshop will be presented 24 invited talks and about 60 contributions as oral or poster presentations.
