CARL ZEISS AXIO IMAGER A1m

CARL ZEISS AXIO IMAGER A1m with fluorescence module has been designed for applications in biology and medicine for the examination of blood and/or tissue specimens from the human body, as well as for materials examinations. Typical applications of the AXIO IMAGER A1m MAT microscopes include beside biological and medical examinations, science and research activities in metallography field and also industrial activities in vehicle industry and microsystems engineering. CARL ZEISS AXIO IMAGER A1m microscope is equipped with a system for reflected-light brightfield and transmitted light. For image detection and analysis the system is equipped with a video camera and photo camera. A special interactive mode is used for the automated determination of the thickness of the thin films and layers. The microscope is computer controlled and the software permits the automated analysis of data (contours of morphological entities, measurement of diameter and length, at nanometric and micrometric scale) and image storage.
