NIRDTP Iasi was granted the “Excellence in HR Award”

The National Institute of Research and Development for Technical Physics (NIRDTP Iasi) endorses the initiative of the European Commission to ensure attractive research careers within the European Research Area and the recommendations given in the European Charter for Researchers and The Code of Conduct for the recruitment of Researchers.

In March 21, 2023, the National Institute for Research and Development for Technical Physics Iasi, submitted to the European Commission the endorsement letter on the 40 principles of European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers.

The letter was accepted in March 29, 2023 and application 2023RO86582 was opened.

The documents related to the initial phase of the process have been submitted in May 28, 2024.

NIRDTP Iasi was granted the “Excellence in HR Award” awarded in July 27, 2024.

The HRS4R process consists of three distinct phases: Initial phase, Implementation phase and Renewal phase(s).
